1. Eligible Shipping Destinations
Currently, our shipping services are available for delivery addresses within the United States and Canada. Unfortunately, we are not able to process or fulfill orders destined for locations outside of these two countries at this time.
2. Order Processing Timeline
Once your payment has been successfully confirmed, we typically process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that no order processing, shipping, or delivery operations occur on weekends or public holidays.
For orders being shipped to Canada: An additional 1 to 2 business days may be needed to complete necessary procedures, including verifying shipping details, preparing required customs documents (such as commercial invoices), and ensuring full compliance with the import regulations of Canada.
3. Estimated Delivery Periods
U.S. Domestic Standard Shipping: Following the dispatch of your order, delivery is expected to take between 5 and 10 business days.
Shipping to Canada: Delivery times vary depending on the specific destination within Canada, generally ranging from 10 to 25 business days after the order is shipped. This timeframe includes standard cross-border customs procedures, but occasional delays may occur. Common causes of such delays include: 1) Routine or random customs inspections that extend processing time; 2) The duration required for duty and tax assessment, including verifying applicable fees and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations; 3) Logistics-related hold-ups such as warehouse backlogs, transportation delays, or regional delivery bottlenecks.
4. Our Shipping Partners
For shipments within the United States, we primarily partner with USPS (United States Postal Service) to ensure reliable delivery. For orders bound for Canada, we collaborate with USPS International. The exact carrier for your Canadian order will be determined based on factors including the destination address, package weight, and the delivery speed you select.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. For U.S. domestic orders, tracking updates may only be available until the package reaches the destination country’s customs office. For further tracking details, you may need to check the local postal service website or the carrier’s international tracking platform.
5. How to Track Your Order
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s real-time status.
For U.S. domestic orders: Tracking information is updated in real time and covers the entire journey from the moment the order is dispatched until it is finally delivered.
For orders to Canada: Please allow up to 48 hours for the initial tracking information to appear in the system. Once the package leaves the United States, tracking updates may become less frequent. In such cases, we recommend using the local postal service website of Canada to check for the most up-to-date delivery status.
6. Handling Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as "delivered" but has not yet reached you, please follow the steps below based on your destination:
For U.S. Orders
Check with family members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk staff, mailroom personnel) to see if the package was delivered to an alternative location on your behalf.
Contact USPS directly using your tracking number to obtain detailed information about the delivery process.
For Canadian Orders
First, allow an extra 5 to 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date. International transit and customs clearance often lead to unforeseen delays that are outside of our control.
Use your tracking number to contact local postal services or Canadian customs authorities. Packages may be held due to unpaid duties, taxes, or a request for additional documentation.
Confirm with family members, neighbors, or local delivery facilities (e.g., nearby post offices) to inquire about any missed deliveries.
Next Steps If the Package Remains Unlocated
For U.S. orders: Please get in touch with us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
For Canadian orders: Please contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date. This extended timeframe accounts for potential delays in international transit and customs processing.
