1. Return Period

You’re welcome to start a return request within 30 days of the item’s delivery date, as indicated by your shipping tracking information. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds for requests made after this 30-day window.

2. Return Eligibility Requirements

To ensure your return is processed successfully, the item(s) must meet these criteria:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and maintained in their original, resalable condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging remain intact (when applicable)
  • Free of stains, odors, damage, or any other signs of use

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety purposes, the following items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned—you’ll find this clearly indicated on their respective product pages:
  • Products labeled “Final Sale”
  • Customized or personalized items

4. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges for size, color, or style preferences. If you’d like a different version of the item, simply follow these two steps:
  1. Place a new order for the product you want.
  2. Initiate a return for your original item (using the steps outlined below) to receive a refund for that purchase.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that’s defective, damaged, or not what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, incorrect color), please get in touch with our support team right away. Prompt communication helps us resolve the issue faster for you.

6. How to Start a Return

Before sending any items back to us, please complete the following steps—this ensures we can process your request efficiently:

  2. The reason for your return (e.g., “size doesn’t fit,” “stitching is defective”)
  3. Clear photos of the item (mandatory for defective or incorrect items—please show the issue and the original packaging)
  4. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and email you to confirm if your return is approved.
  5. If approved, we’ll provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return address and any necessary shipping labels.
Important: Do not ship items back without prior approval. Any unauthorized returns will not be processed, and no refunds will be issued.

7. Refund Processing Details

  • Once we receive your returned item and complete our inspection (please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the item arrives at our warehouse), we’ll send you an email to confirm whether the refund has been approved or denied.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method you used at checkout within 5–10 business days.
  • Note: Your bank or credit card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account. This step is outside of our control, but we’re happy to assist if you have questions.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the timeframe mentioned above, please follow these steps:
  1. First, check your bank or credit card statement—refunds often appear as a “credit” rather than a separate transaction.
  2. Reach out to your bank or card issuer to confirm their refund processing timelines.

9. Special Notes for Canadian Orders: Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to Canada, please be aware of the following:
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the shipping carrier are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • When you return an item, we’ll refund only the product’s purchase price (and original shipping fees, if required by law and the return is a result of our error). Duties, taxes, and customs fees will not be included in the refund amount.
