For every order placed through our website, we accept payments using all major credit and debit cards—including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. To ensure the security of your transactions, all payments are processed through a reputable third-party payment processor. Importantly, we do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our internal systems, adding an extra layer of protection for your financial information.

Currency Rules & Pricing

To ensure pricing remains transparent and easy to anticipate, the currency used for your final charge at checkout is always tied to your shipping destination. This means:
  • Orders shipped to U.S. addresses: All products are priced and billed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Orders shipped to Canadian addresses: All products are priced and billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
You’ll find a currency selector at the top of our site, but this tool is solely for previewing prices in your preferred display currency. No matter which currency you choose to view, the final amount charged to your payment card will always align with the shipping country’s currency, as outlined above.
If your card is issued in a country or currency different from the billing currency, your card issuer may apply an exchange rate or charge a foreign transaction fee. Please note that these fees are determined entirely by your bank or card provider—we do not impose any additional charges related to currency conversion.

Payment Authorizations & Charges

When you place an order, your bank may temporarily hold the full order amount as an authorization to confirm that sufficient funds are available. This is not a final charge—we will only process the actual payment once your order has been officially confirmed.
In cases where a payment is declined or flagged for security review, our team may reach out to you to verify payment details. If we are unable to complete this verification, we reserve the right to cancel the order to protect both parties.

Refund Process

All refunds that have been approved will be credited back to the original payment method you used when checking out. Once we initiate the refund, it usually takes 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your bank or card statement. The exact timeline may vary depending on how quickly your financial institution processes the refund.
